Part 1: Your warm up

Today you will do your own warm up, today is technical training

Part 2: 10 Easy Juggling Exercises To Improve Your Ball Control

Juggling is a good way to get touches on the ball and are fun to do pre-practice and pregame to get into a session, this session as a few different juggles you can learn.

Part 3: 5 Simple Drills To Improve Dribbling Skills

Do each section at least for 2-3mins each

Part 4: 5 Easy Skills To Master Step Overs

Do each of these step overs twice for 2 mins.

Part 5: Rafa Benítez • Tactics: Liverpool, Valencia and the 4-2-3-1

This video is another example of the detail I would like to have for a team and scouting, this is great knowledge on the 4-2-3-1

Journal Entry #18: Compare the video on Tuesday to todays video and respond to these questions in your journal: What details do you think Rafa compared to Thomas did better or worse? In your personal play style and position what formation and coach would you want to play for and way?
