Summer Soccer Training Packet - Day 15

Part 1: 5 MIN WARM UP FOR AT HOME WORKOUTS

This simple 5 min warm up is designed to compare your created warm up to see if you want to change your warm up in the future

Part 2: 30 Min KILLER Lower Body HIIT Workout

This is a tough 30min lower body workout

Part 3: 15 Minute SUPERSET Upper Body & Core Workout

This is a great upper body workout that is only 15 mins.

Part 4: 15 Min Yoga Cool Down

We are going to start adding cool downs this week to keep the body fresh and add a new tool for your tool box. My goal for next season is to have any player on the team able to run a 10-15min yoga session at the end of practice

Journal Entry #15: How does your warmup compare to the warmup I added today, questions to ask: Is this 5min warmup enough for you? Did you get ideas of what to add or remove from your workout?
