Summer Soccer Training Packet - Day 75

Warmup

Intervals will be 30 seconds per move for 8 movements total. We'll get the body moving with some gentle dynamic stretches and low impact movements. This is an all standing routine with no floor work.

Cardio - 45min

45 minute fat melting HIIT cardio workout

15min break

Make sure you stretch, get a drink and get ready for the next step of the Cardio

Cardio - 30min

30 Min CARDIO WORKOUT by Caroline Girvan

Strength and core

This Ab and Core workout does have some dumbbells work but its a great program for ab and core work

Yoga

20 Min Full Body Stretch Routine
