Summer Soccer Training Packet - Day 50

Monday:

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Breakfast Wrap
Lunch: Veggie Burger with Sweet Potato Fries
Dinner: Lean Beef Stir-Fry with Brown Rice

Warmup

Intervals will be 30 seconds per move for 8 movements total. We'll get the body moving with some gentle dynamic stretches and low impact movements. This is an all standing routine with no floor work.

Cardio - 45min

Strength and core

Intense core workout by Growing Gannanas

Yoga

Total Body Yoga is a deep stretch practice for the legs, back, and hips

Journal Entry #50: Find and put in your Journal the nutritional values of the food and drink you ate yesterday, and add your actual calories burned from yesterday and post your actual Caloric Surplus, Caloric Maintenance or Caloric Deficit.
