Part 1 - Warm upPart 2 - First 45min CardioYou will need a chair or stool for this session. Part 3 - Half time StretchAt a game you will get 10mins or 15mins to talk with coaches and stretch to keep ready to go on the second half. This video talks about halftime ideas, next season I will be providing bananas and other energy snacks at half time as well as figure out a great discussion based off pre-determined questions. I would like you to do a 4-5min stretch before you get onto the second 45min cardio session Part 4 - Second 45mins of CardioThis one uses light weights if you dont have any you can use soup cans Part 5 - StretchJournal Entry #33: Today was 90mins of cardio what we call "game ready" did you complete the full 90 mins with little difficulty?
