Part 1 - WarmupDo your customized warm up you created Part 2 - Your Dribbling SessionDo your 30 min Dribbling session that you created last week. Part 3 - Your Skill Mastery SessionLast Thursday you made a 30min skill mastery session, dop that session now. Part 4 - Passing or ShootingWe need to add passing and shooting into our sessions, this is difficult without other players to work with, a wall or rebounder would be a great tool.
