Part 1 - Warmup

Part 3 - 30 Min Slow and Intense Abs

This uses slow core movements that really help with creating tone

Part 4 - 30 min Power Yoga - Intermediate Full Body Yoga

This Yoga session is "Power Yoga" and has some different movements then ones we have done in the past.
